VIRO has developed an enclosure for the classification of a machine component in the semiconductor industry. This enclosure ensures the correct flow, pressure, temperature and purity of all of the gases and liquids required for the classification when they are fed and discharged.
To this end, VIRO provided the mechanical concept (P&ID), performed the basic and detailed engineering and also ended up supplying the hardware.
