One of our core competences is the development of complex systems made out of resin. We implemented development projects like car interior lining for e.g. doors or A-pillars, glove boxes, dashboards etc. Our business activities ranges over the design and styling, the concept-compilation, the elaboration of the components in CATIA V5 or NX up to the engineering of production equipment like back-foaming tools, coating- and laminating-tools, RTM- and plastic-extracting-tools. VIROs´ objective target is the complete exposure of the whole product evolution to offer our customers a minimum of cutting sites.
Based on our longtime experience in aerostatics and as a member of the “CFK-Valley” in Stade, we develop solutions for the automotive industry with carbon fibre reinforced plastics, including the associated tolls.
