By using specially developed and manufactured tools, clients can produce parts and elements faster and easier, they can validate systems more accurately, assemble/maintain machines more efficiently, and so on. Take for example tools such as hoisting and lifting equipment, transport units, test setups, or tools for industrial robots.
VIRO’s special tooling and handling department specialises in the development and supply of these kinds of special tools. Thanks to our multifunctional expertise in the fields of design, engineering analyses, materials, automation/computerisation, cable routing, validation, and CE management, we are able to develop reliable, robust, and long-lasting tooling. We also act as a one-stop shop for our clients. Working closely with mechanical engineers and OEMs, we supply the tools and supervise their commissioning.
We have a great deal of experience with tooling, offering solutions of all sizes and ranging from the orthodox to the innovative. Although we can essentially handle any problem, we are mainly specialised and skilled in the more challenging and complex projects. By combining expertise with a holistic approach, we are able to guarantee pragmatic and predictable results. A safe proposition for our clients – including from planning and financial points of view.
Every profession, including ours, requires its specific technical know-how. We share this knowledge with VIRO. On the other hand, VIRO has know-how that we do not possess, but can use well. That should go back and forth. For this you have to do projects together. Based on that, you grow closer and closer to each other.
