A market leader in the manufacture of plastic and rubber production machinery was commissioned to build a foam mould for car dashboards. VIRO is responsible for providing the full range of engineering services for the cast-coated foam mould, from the initial concept to the 3D models and drawings. The project involves conducting feasibility studies, determining mould divisions and creating various coating, casting and production models.
