Tell us what challenges you face. Based on our conversation, we will execute your project at our offices to an efficient timeline. Every week, you will receive a progress and cost update, with a forecast of future developments.
We will establish a firm relationship with you, and we will invest time and knowledge in it. A small core of proactive VIRO employees will get to know your organisation personally, studying your products, systems, processes, and methodologies in detail. This core team will share their knowledge and experience throughout VIRO, and we shall take turns working on your project. The pool of VIRO employees working for you will grow, backed up by our multidisciplinary organisation. All of this will make your organisation much more flexible. The increased expertise and synergy make our cooperation more efficient and more effective.
We specialise in out-of-the-ordinary projects, for which there are no standard solutions. Once we sign the agreement with you, we take responsibility for the end result. Naturally, risk management forms an essential part of our approach. We can engineer your project in phases. For each phase, we will determine the key risks and control measures. On that basis, you will receive an estimate for the total project. We sign off each phase as soon as it is complete, so at the end of each one, you can decide how you want to proceed with your project and who you want to work on it. The estimate for your total investment then becomes more accurate with the passing of each phase.
To do even more of the heavy lifting for you, as well as taking care of the engineering side of things, we can also supply the necessary hardware. We will oversee production, FAT, commissioning, and technical support. Depending on your preferences and the specific business case, we can serve as your main contractor and provide a CE declaration. Alternatively, if you are the CE-certified manufacturer, then our project managers can carry out any associated activities on your behalf.
