With our multidisciplinary expertise, we help companies in the processing industry deal with investments and improvements in their entirety: from the initial plan up to and including completion. According to specific requirements, we can organise the entire project or simply take care of certain areas.
In the early stages, we may be involved in master plans, feasibility studies, conceptual design, and setting up or helping with CAPEX or OPEX. As part of the follow-up process, we can then take on the basic and detailed engineering, help with purchasing, general project management, construction management, and commissioning.
The ultimate aim of projects in the processing industry is to ensure that installations and processes operate as efficiently, safely, and reliably as possible. It is also to ensure that the client’s assets function and perform at optimal levels. Our expertise in both technology and industrial processes is our strength.
The challenge of this project was mainly in the incredibly complex project specifications. VIRO worked intensively on this together with our engineers and we came up with a great solution. That was a very interesting process from which we both learned a lot. The cooperation with our process engineers was excellent. In addition, VIRO's flexibility and speed were essential. The project was no small challenge, but in the end there is now something very beautiful.
